If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of return, i.e. decide to return the item to the seller without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days from delivery (or from delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries belonging to of a single order).

Each product sold by QuitAndMove to a “consumer” purchaser is supported by the legal guarantee on consumer goods, which covers the conformity defects that occur within 24 months from the delivery date of the goods.
What is the legal guarantee?
It is the guarantee on the sale of consumer goods provided for by the EU Directive 1999/44 / EC, also called “guarantee of conformity”, which protects you in the event that the products you purchase present lack of conformity with respect to the sales contract (“Guarantee Legal”).
This occurs, for example, in the case of products that malfunction, which cannot be used in the manner declared by the seller or for the purposes for which products of the same type are generally used, which do not have the characteristics or qualities promised by the seller or that do not respond to the use for which you purchased them.

How long is the legal guarantee?
The Legal Warranty covers defects of conformity that occur within 24 months from the delivery date of the product you purchased, even if on that date the defect was not immediately detectable. To assert it, you must notify the seller of the defect within 2 months of discovering it.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the defects of conformity that occur within the first 6 months from the delivery date of the goods already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the defect of compliance.
We advise you to always keep the purchase receipt that you find in the product packaging, as well as the documents confirming the shipment and delivery of the product.
Am I entitled to the Legal Guarantee?
The Legal Guarantee is by right only for the consumer, that is, for those who buy products for non-professional purposes. For example, if you buy a laptop exclusively for your personal use, you are entitled to the Legal Guarantee. On the contrary, if you purchase it to use it in your work, the Legal Guarantee does not apply.
To whom can I enforce the Legal Guarantee?
If you are a consumer, you can enforce the Legal Guarantee against who sold you the product, even if it is a subject other than the manufacturer. For products purchased from QuitAndMove therefore QuitAndMove itself replies.
What rights does the Legal Guarantee give me?
If the product you purchased has a defect covered by the Legal Warranty, you have the right, without you having to incur any expense, to the repair or replacement of the defective product by the seller. You have the right to a price reduction or to terminate the contract in the following cases: (a) if the replacement or repair of the product is not possible or is excessively expensive; (b) if the seller has neither repaired nor replaced the product in a reasonable period of time; or (c) if the replacement or repair of the product has caused you significant inconvenience. To determine the amount of the price reduction or the amount to which you are entitled in these cases, the use you have made of the product is taken into account. Keep in mind that a minor defect for which it was not possible or is excessively burdensome to carry out the remedies of repair or replacement does not entitle you to terminate the contract.

The operators of our Customer Service will help you solve the problem encountered in using the product you have purchased.
If you return an item due to our mistake or because the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and it was not possible to repair or replace it, you will be refunded the cost of the item, the costs shipping costs incurred to receive it and those eventually addressed to return the item to us. You will also be reimbursed for any gift wrapping costs and other services associated with your order, if applicable.
QuitAndMove will check all items that have been returned because they are damaged or defective. In the event that no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs and the cost of the item itself. For more information, see the Legal Guarantee section.
Note: We also remind you to send the device without personal accessories not originally included in the article.
You can return the products purchased on QuitAndMove.com up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the same. In this case we will refund the cost of the item. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred to receive the product, gift box, or other services associated with your purchase. The costs of returning the item to QuitAndMove will not be reimbursed but will remain your responsibility.
If you exercise the right of return and return the item within fourteen calendar days of its delivery, you will be refunded both the cost of the item and the shipping costs incurred by you to receive it. The following guidelines will apply to reimbursement:
If you return an item that is part of a multiple order, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs for the single item returned.
If you return an entire order, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs for the entire order.
For items delivered in Italy or abroad, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs relating to the cheapest shipping method offered by QuitAndMove, incurred to receive the item.
The costs for returning the item to QuitAndMove will not be refunded and will remain your responsibility. We will not reimburse the costs of the gift box and other services associated with your order.

Refunds are made on the payment method used for the purchase.
The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised and, where applicable, of the shipping costs, is made within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice. QuitAndMove may withhold the refund until receipt of the item or until you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.
