When you wear a QuitAndMove shirt you only wear organic cotton which has no dangerous chemical substance in its fibers since the entire production process uses sustainable and ecological methods.

Wearing fabrics that do not contain toxic substances is the only way to avoid the potential risk of allergic reactions or irritations.

QuitAndMove has selected its own fabrics, sewing thread and labels, making them exclusively in organic cotton with GOTS certification.

GOTS is the most internationally recognized certification agency that defines the requirements that exclude the use of toxic substances in all stages of biological tissue processing.

Among the main rules, prohibition to use:

Toxic heavy metals (chromium, nickel, cobalt, etc.), formaldehyde, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and their enzymes.

Pesticides and chemical insecticides

Azo dyes that release carcinogenic amines

QuitAndMove, through the GOTS certification, claims that all those who have contributed to making your shirt have no risk to their health, no taxation and that no exploitation is ever possible.

The benefits for you must be an advantage for everyone.

QuitAndMove uses Italian handicrafts with more than twenty years of experience.

The cutting of the fabric, the embroidery and the packaging take place in laboratories of no more than ten people where the craftsmanship enhances the lines of the QuitAndMove collections.

All laboratories are located within a radius of 200 km from the QuitAndMove office to limit transport emissions as much as possible.

QuitAndMove uses weavers who apply biological principles to all their production phases ensuring the absence of any potentially dangerous chemical substance on the fabric of your shirt.

QuitAndMove has therefore selected exclusively GOTS certified suppliers with at least ten years’ experience in the organic sector.

To ensure that the fabric is completely hypoallergenic and non-toxic, mechanical finishing methods are applied; for example, caustic soda is not used to make the fabric more uniform.

The dyehouse uses only natural dyes with water purification systems that make them suitable for disposal in purifiers.

The internal label of the Tshirt is made of organic cotton fabric obtained from processing scraps.

Printing takes place with water-based inks without content of resins, solvents or carcinogenic heavy metals.

The label is applied through the orgainc thread selected by QuitAndMove

QuitAndMove has selected the embroidery thread that derives from wood, mainly pine trees, which are specially grown

The water used in the dyeing phase is cleaned to be returned to the purifiers. Water consumption is reduced by 60% thanks to the patented AcquaZero system.

The yarn is Oeko-Tex class 1 certified, i.e. it does not contain dangerous or harmful substances, even for children.

QuitAndMove uses only 100% organic cotton sewing thread.

The inks used are water based and do not contain any chemical solvent or dangerous substance such as heavy metals such as nickel, chromium and cadmium which are carcinogenic substances.

The yarn is made in Italy with GOTS and Oeko-Tex 100 certification.

QuitAndMove optimizes paper consumption by using a specific envelope for shipping T-shirts.

The use of the envelope compared to the traditional box reduces paper consumption by 18%.

The bag facilitates disposal by giving you the opportunity to throw it in the differentiated paper without having to disassemble any component.

The envelope is made of 85% recycled and 100% recyclable cardboard. The scotch tape used is recycled and recyclable paper and the adhesive is vegetable based and can be activated with water.
